When Receiving Your Order

Before signing the delivery receipt, please check your package carefully for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing item, or if the package seal appears to be opened, do not sign any delivery documents and return the package together with a damage report prepared by the courier.

Once this procedure is completed, replacement products will be sent to you promptly. We do not accept responsibility for damages or missing items if a damaged package is accepted without a report. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible in writing at destek@makewell.com.tr together with your order number.
